This morning when I left for work, I saw BH2 poo-ing at the garden. He saw me, and approached me asking for food, even though he just had breakfast. He started to roll on the floor exposing his belly, and meowing. Unfortunately Mera was nearby, and he was quite upset with BH2. Both cats almost came to blows, while Hat looked on from afar.
Hat and Spencer are still fighting. Just now after Hat had his dinner, I let Spencer out of the house while Hat sneaked into the other room. After a while, Spencer came in to look for Hat, and they had a fight under the bed. Then both sat down and talked. The negotiation was not successful, as both came out the room, and Spencer chased Hat out of the house. Sigh.
I was told Max tried to pinch human food from the dinner table today. He was told off and smacked, and he went off to sleep in a sulk, only to be woken up by the "ting" sound from the microwave bext door (!!!). I don't understand why he is so fascinated with human food, he has been well fed. Spencer never showed any interest in our food since she was a kitten.

Alex & Dim Sum loves roti pratha .. the 3 of us would fight over a crispy pratha every Sunday morning!
Beauty doesn't like pratha then? Maybe she is on a low carbo diet....I don't feel comfortable giving the cats human food actually.
Eh, but when we were kids, we used to give our cars human food too yah, like fish bone and rice...and the cat always get chocked on the bone. Kinda scary now thinking about it.
I don't deliberately give them human food .. but since they ask for it & as long as its in very small portions, I'd often treat them to it.
For Beauty & Carma, they are very very picky. Beauty only eats 1 particular brand of cat food (wet & dry). I hate to think the day when the manufacturer stops that brand! She'll starve!
As for Carma, she eats either steamed or boiled chicken + dry food. Anything else, she won't eat either.
You can imagine, everyday is a nightmare for me! I'm chef to my cats. :)
Dear Harimau, that why now that we know better, I give the cats the best food available loh. Plus at that time, 8 mouths to feed, so the cat had to suffer a bit.
Dear Cat, I understand. It is just that sometimes the cats ask so prettily, no? I always find Hat so cute when he asked for chicken. Beauty, true to her name, very careful with what she eats!
