It is made from neoprene material, with velcro fastening. It is red, with the word DIVA CAT printed on it. There are 3 other designs to choose from,the blogette is so generous and kind. Max will take his pick too. I like the fact that the collar is light, water proof, and no fuss to put on.

The Myanmar neighbour is having a birthday party, and there are people trooping in and out. Spencer is agitated, and has problem napping.

The weather is improving. I was reading newpapers outside on the new fishing stool. Rather comfortable.
