A lovely series. It was where I read about nekomata.

They are translated works by Hatakenaka Megumi ( can't pronounce the words, so can't so hanyu pinyin ), illustrations by Shbata Yuu.

I got the "Cat Grandma" first, the 3rd book. Then I saw on the internet that there are 6 or 7 other books, but in Japanese.

Today I went back to Kinokuniya and asked the staff if there is any more books. Luckily I brought the book along, with barcodes and everything. She really made an effort to search the web and their system. I think she was searching for book 4 onwards. Later she asked me if I mind if it is only book 1 and 2. If not, they do have them on the shelves now. She told me they have newer books, but it is in Japanese. She also said the series is very popular.

So. I am happy.
