I had to clean them up, and stopped Yakob from licking them.

fishbones can be dangerous for a kitten.
Community cats that are fed a diet of dry and canned food most likely wont't know how to eat raw fish. I've seen them sniff at the raw whole fish, but didn't know what to do with it, but they'll eat it if the fish is cooked. :)
