David Hooi the Bedok North Cat Abuser strikes again. He was recently released from jail for two convictions of cat abuse ( who knows how many times before that!!! ), and back to his cruel behaviour in no time.

The lawyer will use the same insanity plead again. That he loves kittens, but he has an unsound mind.

Think about it in another way.

This guy brings young kids home to play at night, digs out their right balls, strangles them and swings them on a rope the next morning.

Will the same law applies?

I think we need some real justice here.
