I bought a hot water bottle today.
The last time I used it was , like, 20 years ago, when I was studying in Perth. At that time we could only afford a 2 rods heater.
The nights have been so cold recently, I found myself shivering.

You can try wearing those long knit(?) pants that are like yoga pants but not so tight-fitting. I have been wearing them on most nights (and on some days) and to bed for the past 2 to 3 weeks. I've been wearing thicker t-shirts to bed as well.
I think it's important to keep the body warm so as to avoid chills which weakens it. Anyway, our place is so windy and chilly nowadays. I sometimes wonder if Coco feels cold?
Don't know why this year end is so cold in many places.
It will be our coldest winter in 15
years.
May all the homeless and creatures sheltered from the cold.
