Cempedak=jackfruit. The fruit is so pungent, even the urine is suffused with the smell after eating the fruits......
I didn't buy them. Each fruit is bigger than a baby!!! I just saw the 5 of them sitting at one corner, looking like some lonely aliens.......

Oh I remembered, Cempedak.
My late Uncle pronounced it as 'Chiam-pe-lak'.
The seeds can be roasted and eaten too,I believe.
Are they free for the taking?
Or harvested from the estate's fruit trees?
The jackfruit pulp can be used to cook Indon lemak/curry...I like to eat.
