Didn't sleep very well last night. Took a long time to fall asleep, many bad dreams, and woke up many times. I don't remember taking any caffeine after 4pm.

Spencer had a brush last night, and now her fur is fluffy and soft. Even though she is a short haired, her coat is rather luxurious due to over-nutrition. We still can't see any injury to her right paw, maybe it is arthritis on one of the digits.

Hat is still wary, I took him upstairs and he ran out immediately. Now we have to wait for him to make up his own mind.
