Mera came at 9am. I only realised it, when Spencer stood up and stared at the door. When I opened the gate, Mera walked in and they touched noses. I noticed that when Mera or Kiki visited, Spencer would stand up to sniff them or touch noses in greetings. However, when Hat arrived, he would be ignored. At most, Spencer would twitch her nose, as if there was a bad smell in the house. Even when Auntycat came, Spencer would stand afar and stared at her.

I guess Hat is at the lowest rung of the kitty hierachy.

Mera ate some biscuits, patrolled the house, had a scratch at the catnip mat, and then went to sleep on the rug.

Hat came at 10am, and ambushed me from under the sofa cover. I told him Mera was at home, so don't make so much noises.

I left some biscuits and water at the sofa before I left for work. No signs of Auntycat this morning.
