Max's update:

He had fever, maybe associated with his sore throat. Maybe not.

It could be an infection, or the GA tube scraped his throat.

His left pupil was dilated, we don't know why. And the left eye is inflammed too.

It could be infections which occured at this point of time. Or he caught something from the other patients. Or it was a reaction from the interferon or the medications used during the ops. His blood tests were normal.

The night before he had several bouts of asthma. He had been sleeping, and didn't want to eat or drink.

The vet wanted him to stay in so they could give him fluids via IV, plus the medications.

The vet called at 4pm to say that Max had drunk some water on his own, and responded to cat treats (??).

We will have to wait until tomorrow to see if the fever subsides.
