I bought some catfood at the pet shop on Saturday, and arranged for home delivery for Monday. When I reached home on Monday night, no cat food.
Last year they sent my stuffs to the 3rd floor, and the neighbour left a note for me, so I had to carry the boxes down, one by one. This time I went to the 3rd floor, no cat food either. So I called the pet shop, and she said she would check for me the next day.
The pet shop called the next day. The deliveryman read the wrong address, and sent my stuffs to the 8th floor (!!!!????)She asked me if I could go up to the 8th floor to see if the boxes were still there. I told her I was at work. I asked her what would happen if the boxes are gone, she just laughed.
Later she called me to inform me that the deliveryman had retrieved the boxes from 8th floor, and left it at my place. I asked her if the 8th floor neighbour asked anything, she said they just kept queit.
The deliveryman left a note for me to apologize, I was just relieved to get my stuffs back! And everything was there.

Wa piang! Super blur delivery service! Luckily your neighbours are honest.
Aiyoh! This is terrible especially if the boxes are heavy. Once my pet store delivery person left 8 packets of cat litter outside my door. My mom was home but she said no one rang the bell. What if someone stole all my cat litter? Like you, I called the delivery people and gave them a piece of my mind. I also spoke to the people at the store. Its ridiculous.
