I called up the pet shop. He said the warehouse was closed. But he was pretty sure they didn't deliver, because I wasn't at home.
I shouted at him pretty good then.
He promised they will send it again today.

Wah. You sound like the kitty in the pic. I agree with you that its frustrating when deliveries are not on time cos you have to make other arrangements after having re-arranged your schedule the first time.
