Not everyone drives, some taxi drivers are too horrid for words, and pet taxis are rather costly for a short distance. I think it will be great to allow pets on public transport, as long as they are secured on leash or in a pet carrier. And the owners better clean up after themsleves!

Good to have such survey.
I also don't know how to hyperlink etc. Just installed Vista and can read Chinese now. but don't know how to type using hanyi pinyin.
