Because humans are able to speak, we are supposed to be superior to animals.

But too many humans use this power of speech to spout toxic words, insults, nonsense, selfishness, pettiness, Scrooge-ness, unreasonable rage, uncontrolled frustrations; using them to hurt others, at a personal level. Even to cheat.

They should have used their power of speech to speak to a psychiatrist, instead of using it to spoil someone else's day.

If they are unable to do that, the least they can do is to:

1) shut up
2) amputate their tongue
3) get their family to lock them up in a padded cell and throw away the key
