I am back!!

Hope everyone is having a great CNY so far. Above is a collage of the dishes we have for the reunion dinner.

Mixed plate, with fried wantons, fried spring rolls with fruit fillings ( mangoes, melons ), tomatoes, century eggs and pickled ginger
Roast duck
Claypot sea cucumber with scallops, snow peas and chinese mushrooms
