收工 loh!!!!!
Yaay!
For those travelling overseas for reunions, have a safe trip.
For those staying with loved ones in SG, enjoy yourself!
Be nice to the supermarket workers, all the aunties and uncles. The next two days will be 24 hour rotating shift for them, in a very hectic, highly stressed enviroment.
Ditto the market stallholders. This is the only chance they have each year to rake in the profits, so be reasonable with bargaining.
Remember to say thank you to bus drivers, taxi drivers, SMRT workers, doctors, nurses, cleaners, sales staffs; they would like to take a break too.
Don't spend all the time during reunions comparing whose kids scored higher in O-levels, or whose husbands drive a flashier car. Don't tire yourself out cleaning mopping dusting cooking until 12 midnight, and then too tired and stressed to enjoy the actual day.
If you feel really sad and glum, why not visit the old folks home or orphanage, to get yourself into perspective?
Have a safe, happy and prosperous Chinese New Year!!
Meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow!!
