I went to HMV just now, to look for a compilation album of a 90's group ( Won't tell you what it was, just in case you work out what generation I come from!!! ).
I am a mainstream kind of listener, so I went to the Pop & Rock section. No luck.
Look slowly at all the displays and headings. No luck.
Look again. No luck. Surely can't be Jazz. Or Classical. Or Asian Pop.
Finally went to the desk to ask the staff.
She brought me to a section: Urban.
Wah piang, R&B what! Who would understand what Urban means.
Anyway, I found the album.
HMV really has the widest selection of mainstream music, as far as I know. You can find those really old old albums, which CD Rama doesn't stock.
Ditto the DVD section.
However, they don't have the Marie Antoinette DVD by Sofia Coppola today.
