I think, someone is feeding Hat in the mornings. He doesn't come up for breakfasts nowadays, just dinners.

I would see him lolling about at the opposite block before I go to work. Sometimes he sleeps four paws up on the pavement.

Mera would make a point to meet me at the garden, so I can give him biscuits. Or he would come up to the house.
