Now that Max had left, Spencer shared my bed again at night. It wasn't raining, the sky looked clear, but it was terribly chilly.

Spencer got her breakfast at 7am. I saw Mera at the garden, and brought some biscuits for him. He was going to chase Hat, but was lured away by the smell and sound of food. He seemed to have forgotten about the Max incident. Hat was stalking birds. Once again, he licked the plate clean. Maybe cold weather makes him more hungry. He is snuggling up in the store room now.
