He's got very defined eye-liner :) like those Eygptian Kings and Queens. :) he does look very elert, as though he could disppear in a poof of smoke the minute trouble brews up.
That why my sisters always laugh at him, for having tattooed eyeliner. And he is supoosedf to be a tomcat.
