Not working today, making Spencer very puzzled and confused. She didn't get a wink of sleep today.
I went cycling at 10am, then the laundryman came *WHERE IS CARFIELD??*, and I watched the replay of last night Japan vs Australia game. Hat came, had some snacks, and went to bed. After that I got some lunch, and watched the replay of Czech vs USA. It started to rain at 2pm, and I went to join Hat for a nap.
Then I put dehumidifiers under the bed, in the bookcases, and in the DVD cupboard. It is just temporary measure, I need to make something flat and refillable to use. And I fixed the mosquito net from IKEA. Unfortunately, the hooks could not sustain the weight, so I have to get another set of stronger hooks. I got dengue in 2002 and 2005, so I don't intend to get a hat trick this year!

Do you have to cut her nails? does she protest?
Dengue!! My friend just got dengue early in April. She was hospitalised for 1 month almost. When she got out her platelet(?) count wasn't all that good either. Now she has anaemia and her hair is falling out. She has since cut her very long hair short.
Your poor friend! One month is a long time! I stayed in for 4 days the first time, and 10 days the second round. Sister S about the same time. My hair is already short so I don't notice the hair dropping, but Sister S said her hair is thinning.
I don't cut Spencer's nails. We used to do it diligently until she was about 2 years old. She struggled of course, so we just left it as that. We do check the nails time and again, to make sure they don't hurt the paw pads.
