What is the world coming to?

More strays being murdered in Jurong East area, with their throats blatantly cut and the bodies dumped at void decks and rubbish chutes! 18 bodies found in 2 weeks!! These are living creatures too, and the antiquated legal system really needs to catch up with this disturbing, anti-social behaviour. There is no point spending 135million to welcome the IMF delegates, and yet murders are happening at your own backyard.

As for the Tampines Town Council culling incident, both sides are working hard to reach a middle ground. That is at least a good step forward.

I appreciate the media for reporting the recent cat abuse cases, and highlighting the various ways we can help to mediate conflicts and control the strays population. However, I am afraid that it will throw the spotlights on the strays, this group of defenseless creatures, and make them more susceptible for future abuse. There are sickos out there, and you don't know how they are going to interpret the news stories.
