Today is the 3rd day in the eleventh month of the lunar calendar, or 冬至.


We would eat 汤圆 to mark the ocassion, and the old folks say we are older by one year.





I noticed that the Japanese celebrates with pumpkins and lime. They would bath with the lime peel to protrect against demons and flu, the pumpkin is stewed with red beans.
