Sister W bought the mini lanterns many years ago, and ma bought the red light tube. This is the first year we actually fixed them properly. The effect is festive, Sister W said they looked like the signage of Chinese seafood restaurant.

First day back at work, predictably bleh. I think CNY really makes lots of people tipped over the scale ie they become more aggressive, more impatient, more nutz.
