This is another of the ginger tom who came to our place a few days before CNY. I think he was from the opposite block, and has been around for a few years now.
He has a crooked, bunched up tail.

Do they go to your neighbour's home?
No, luckily they don't disturb the neighbours. I think there is a huge signboard outside our house " FREE MEALS HERE". Visible only to cats of course.
