Some excitement at the neighbourhood this morning.

Someone found smokes coming out from the rubbish chute, and opened the cover to clear the smoke. I wasn't sure if he was just a passer-by, or the criminal.

Anyway, Police and SCDF were here, but the fire had subsided on its own.

The firemen poked around for a while, and declared the situation under control.
