This was the dinner I did with Sister S and Sister J about two weeks ago, at this place in the IRAS building. I had forgotten the name, again.

Basically it is like the concept of Marche. There is no menu, you browse the display cases of "raw materials", and the chefs would prepare the dishes. There was also a sushi train.

Sister S had stewed salmon head, gyoza and deep fried salmon skin.

I chose asparagus bacon wraps, because the green looked so nice.

They just know how to make the asparagus look so 'rightly' green.
