This was the lunch I did with Sister S at Akashi Paragon, about 3 weeks ago.
First we had pickles. They were fresh and crunchy, a bit salty, but you could taste the difference.
Then we had deep fried white baits.
Sister S liked the salmon head stew with mushroom, bamboo shoots and bean curds. It is a hot dish.
She also had an assortment of handrolls.
