CHINESE MUFFINS
Sure enough Hat turned up at 2pm, almost dry and very clean. Even his nose looked pink.
He wanted to run away when he saw me, but he was dead sleepy and he was looking for his basket. I was sunning all the cat baskets and beddings outside the corridor. He stayed in Spencer's basket and watched me talk to next door neighbour. He gave us 6 "Fa" cakes made by his mum-in-law.
I fed Hat some biscuits and went on with my houseworks. When I came back he was gone from the room. I thought he had left. It was only later that I saw his tail hanging out from my wardrobe. He was off to Narnia again, maybe looking for Aslan this time.
He emerged eventually, maybe it was too warm, and is now sleeping on the shoe cabinet.
