The tomcats were screaming and caterwauling at each other for 45 minutes.

Hat turned up at 8.30pm and had a bit of biscuits. He didn't stay. Then the tomcats started to fight, and I realised it was Mayo and BH2. Again. Hat was watching them from a few feet away. I went down and shooed them away. Mayo ran home in a dash, leaving his collar behind. Hat followed him too. BH2 also disappeared. Mayo's owner shut the door quickly once he entered, obviously they knew that their cat had been fighting.

I guess Hat came up meaning to ask me for help.
