Today is the 30th day in the seventh month of the lunar calendar, or 处暑. It means that officially, summer is over. It will still be warm during the day, but cooler at night. So it is importatnt not to catch a chill.

Cat aunty, how do you know the meaning or interpretion of these Chinese terms on the lunar calendar? I wish I knew what they mean.
