Easter is not the same without hot cross buns.
I can forsake chocolate easter eggs, chocolate bunnies and Cadbury Creme Eggs, but I MUST have hot cross buns.

I've never had one. Is it just buns with raisins, and the cross pattern?
Yes, with raisins and dried glace fruits. I guess the cross maybe filled with icing too...
