I was on my way up from feeding the cats, and saw a mother bringing her toddler for a walk. I saw her pointing and saying : " Cat! Cat! " to her child. The child shrieked, as per normal, most likely with excitement than anything else. Then I heard loud stampings of foot, and Hat ran towards me. The mother told her child in dialect: " Next time you see the cat coming, you just stamp your foot."

What the F**K??????!!!! I felt like going up to the woman, and give her a piece of my mind!
